Disney on Ice, 100 Years of Magic

There are some very scary and sad things happening in the world today. Yesterday I was praying for Paris and praying for myself and our friends, that we would make it safely to Brooklyn and back home without any terrorist attacks. Instead of focusing on that though I want to focus on the good and happy things that are going on. Its is always there, right next to the bad things. If you are having a hard time seeing it, look at the littles around you. This world is beautiful and yesterday was a sensational day out here.

We left Shay Shay and Kellan the Felon with our babysitter because the Alaskan Assassin had a playoff football game. Roo and I went with our best girls and celebrated their 3 years on Earth with Disney on Ice, 100 Years of Magic.  Our Mimi (actually she isn't ours, but she treats us like we are hers) made all the littles special shirts and we shared popcorn and cotton candy and "did cheers" with our snow cones. The littles squealed and yelled yahoos with every character that emerged and ended the night with big hugs and thank yous to Maddie for sharing her tickets with us to the show.

And then it snowed inside and her face did this

To make you smile
