Today was a big day for Kellan at church. He stood up with the primary littles in front of everyone and spoke to the congregation about how Jesus blesses him and others. He said that Jesus keeps him safe and healthy. I learned that Riley thinks that Jesus is a woman... I'm pretty sure that it is the long hair. As she was putting ornaments on the tree, she kept pointing out the Jesus ornaments and saying how much she loved "her." There are teaching moments in everything we do. Though, I still don't think she believes me.
I put up the tree, connected the lights and hung the garland. Then I sat back and watched the littles joyfully decorate the tree. There may be 5 ornaments on one branch and the back of my tree may have nothing on it, but it is perfect.
We are ready for the Christmas Season!

DeleteI am so impressed with your beautiful children ! Today they were reverent in church and did a great job at public speaking! Wow they've really grown so much! I love this blog, too; the pictures of your kids decorating the tree are priceless .
