A Very New York City Christmas

It was a spectacular day in Manhattan today. The weather and traffic were mild and the decorations were dazzling. Riley had an audtition for fashion week with Nike, so I decided to make a special day out of it. We picked up Nana on our way into the city and then hooked up with my sister in law and nieces when we got in. Our littles are the same age and it is such a gift watching them enjoy each other and this Christmas season together. Macy's had Peanuts windows that they enjoyed and Bryant Park had an adorable little carousel. Their favorite Manhattan Christmas decoration was definitely the  Elsa style light show on Saks 5th Ave. It even included Elsa, Anna and Olaf parading around the streets. We ended our day at The Christmas Spectacular and the Radio City Rockettes put on a show that my littles will never forget. Riley couldn't help herself and danced along in the aisle, while Kellan inapropriatly cheered loudly from his seat, "Yay Rockettes!!!!" It reminded me of the Alaskan Assassin having no tennis etiquette at my college matches and cheering loudly at all the wrong times.  I secretly love that. Put the littles in the car and get to the city to show them the lights. It is worth it. You can do it!
